Confession time....
I ate an entire bag of jelly beans today. I feel sick and it's my own damn fault. Bad Chaney, no biscuit. I think I shall send myself to bed early - after a healthy supper.
I too fell off the Slimgenics band wagon over easter. My 19 3/4 lb loss turned into a large gain. But I am back in the game and will continue to carry on.
