Damage Report...




Start weight and current....now I see a change.

On Friday, I was 1/2 pound away from my 40 pound milestone...then I went to a scrap booking retreat for the weekend and ate alot! Now I am afraid to go weigh in. I really really want those boots.

I also want, strike that, need some motivation to get off my arse and exercise. Anyone have any suggestions?

  1. start simple...walking is the absolute BEST exercise there is!!! in fact, i need to do it myself...get moving more. i lost 30 pounds and have recently put 5 of it back on :( doesnt sound like much, but it can be frustrating! if you get out 30 minutes a day for at least 5 days a week, you will see even bigger changes. its still a bit cold up here, so i have only been doing about 3 days a week...not enough to see much of a difference...but maybe we can inspire each other :)
